Office Administrator and Payroll Assistant

Bonney Staffing has partnered with a local company that provides top level support to small business owners by focusing on financial, H&R, operations, and local marketing support.

The Administrative Assistant in Portland, ME is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, ordering office supplies, answering the phones, disbursing bills, preparing and uploading invoices You would also be responsible for preparing and organizing materials and office space for meetings and training.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Previous Admin experience Must be able to work well in a team environment  Experience with Quickbooks preferred


Administrative Assistant Details:

Schedule:From now until mid-September - 15 hours/week.  Flexible on days, but preferably 4 hours per day.  After mid-September full time
Pay Rate: $20
Start Date: ASAP
