Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the office.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personGreeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departmentManaging office supplies and inventoryAssisting with payroll processingHandling basic HR duties, such as employee onboarding paperworkProviding general administrative support to the team
