What You Will Be Doing:

The Operations Analyst is crucial in providing administrative support along with aid in the daily business operations of our global organization. The ideal candidate will be a team player with problem solving and analytical skills. The Operations Assistant will identify project requirements, help to develop problem solving solutions, manage finance and expense reporting, and assist in the implementation of systems.

Administrate American Express accounts including distributing statements, reviewing purchases, entering into accounting system, making payments, etc.Expand corporate card and purchasing platform to include internationally issued credit linesManage expense report system (Concur)Maintaining employee and company profiles/settings via ConcurWeekly, monthly, and quarterly system reportingAudit internal purchase requests ticketing systemVendor Management and risk assessmentAssist Senior Manager liaise with Compliance on Diversity and Sustainability ProgramWho We Are Looking For:Minimum bachelor’s degreeSuperior written and spoken communication skills in EnglishGood analytical skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesGreat attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
