Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, and we're looking for a motivated Operations Assistant to join us.

 

 

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team.

 

Responsibilities:

Dispatching Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.Coordinating schedules and appointments.Communicating with clients and vendors.Providing administrative support to the operations team.Data entry

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
