Operations Change Management Professional (Hybrid- 3 Days in Office)

Position Overview:

Freddie Mac’s Single Family Strategic Delivery, Data, and Operations Division is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Operations Change Management Professional. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team by monitoring the daily movement of data into our key database, analyzing weekly data reports, and supporting quarterly data releases to the public.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with innovative thinking who can effectively solve issues, work with diligence and limited direction, and independently develop approaches to ensure data accuracy and resolve challenges. This role requires flexibility for after-hours tasks and the ability to collaborate across divisions to address data-related issues.

Our Impact:

The group oversees operational processes supporting the Credit Risk Transfer (CRT) businesses.

Your Impact:

Monitor daily data movement processes and a weekly data report to ensure accuracy. Analyze data discrepancies/issues and perform data corrections if needed.

Support the quarterly data release process, including coordination and validations.

Assist with SOX/Compliance documentation requirements and fulfill audit requests as needed.

Produce Monthly Management and Metric reports to track key performance indicators.

Collaborate across divisions to solve data-related issues and understand unique business transactions effectively.

Execute tasks with diligence and attention to detail, even with limited direction.

Follow and maintain detailed procedures with underlying complex systems and databases.

Adapt to change in priorities and be flexible with after-hours tasks as needed.

Demonstrate end to end ownership of the process and solving for problems/issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2-4 years related experience.

Self-motivated, proactive, with excellent organizational and planning skills.

Familiarity with SQL, SAS and database management is preferred.

Prior experience in the secondary mortgage industry is desirable.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $86,000 - $130,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
