What You'll Need:

HS Diploma or GED1 year experience utilizing a WMS system6 months experience in a Packing function6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

What You'll Do:

 Shoulders the day-to-day work of running departments such as handing out tasks, scanners, PkMS problem solving, etc. Acts as a back up to the Team Leads. Provides coverage for departments during peak seasons.Monitors department’s progress throughout the dayActs as a trouble-shooter to diagnose and fix problem cases.Backs up the department team lead. Communicates stocking priorities to stockers.Cross trains with Wave Planners for order pulling.Reading comprehension skills up to high school levelWriting skills up to high school levelMath skills – basic arithmetic, addition, subtractionAttention to detailAbility to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environmentAbility to perform repetitive manual tasksAbility to work independently or collaborate in a group environmentAbility to be flexible/ multi-task based on workflow demandsAbility to meet and maintain production standardsAbility to maintain reasonably reliable attendanceAbility to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and workAbility to make good business decisions with regard to packing priorities.Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shiftAbility to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 60lbs during the assigned shift – 10lbs or less continuously and 11-60lbs frequentlyAbility to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 70lbs force to push during the assigned shift – 1-50lbs continuously and 51-70lbs occasionallyAbility to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shiftAbility to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shiftAbility to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekendsExposure to wide range of temperaturesPerforms other duties as assigned
