Operations Manager, Athens

Opened in 2020, the Athens office has rapidly become our EMEA Hub. As we continue to invest in the high growth trajectory of this office, we are looking for an Operations Manager to support the operational excellence in the Athens office.  

What You Will Do:   

Develop and implement effective business and operational strategies aligned with Guidepoint's overall objectives and key results   Assess current processes and design strategies to enhance overall efficiency and optimization   Ensure that regional business strategies align with Guidepoint’s organizational objectives and establish strong collaborative relationships with corporate teams    Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, accountability and high performance   Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to meet business demands while adhering to budget plans   Introduce innovative solutions and technologies to enhance business efficiency and adapt to changing business needs   Provide regular and transparent reports to senior management on key performance indicators, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and any necessary adjustments to business strategies  

 What We Expect From You:  

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 10+ years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or a similar role Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with administrative software systems Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in facilities management and contract administration Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to collaborate effectively within a team environment Greek nationality required Fluency in spoken and written English and Greek
