Operations Supervisor\n

100% Onsite - Location: Los Angeles, California 90056\n\n

What We're Looking For:\n

Crystal Stairs is seeking qualified candidates for the Operations Supervisor position. Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Operations Supervisor leads and supervises Operations department staff to perform a wide range of services related to operations and facilities management.\n
\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nSupervise Operations office personnel.\nPerform ongoing evaluation of administrative and operations services for Crystal Stairs' programs and staff.\nProvide oversight for administrative functions, including but not limited to: facilities maintenance, health and safety regulations, supply ordering and distribution, asset recording and monitoring, mail processing, meeting set ups, off site storage, vehicle maintenance, and acquiring, recording, and disbursing as needed Agency supplied equipment, copy services, safety and security, translation services and procedures.\nIdentify, evaluate, and recommend new services and procedures.\nNegotiate contracts with vendors while following funding guidelines in procuring goods and services.\nDevelop, write, implement, update, and maintain standard operating procedures.\nParticipate in intra-departmental projects as needed.\nTrain staff in facilities related matters and conduct presentations.\nSet an example for all personnel through the effective planning and execution of daily tasks and through the clear, considerate communications with internal clients and vendors.\nOn as needed basis, respond to urgent after hours and weekend facilities concerns.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n \nEXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES YOU SHOULD POSSESS:\n\nMinimum of two years of general office\/administrative support work experience, preferably in an operations-related job. \nMinimum of two years experience with MS Office is required.\nMinimum of two years supervisory experience, with ability to supervise staff at multiple locations is required.\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university. Related work experience may be substituted for college level education.\n\n
