The Operations Support Manager (OSM) is responsible for overseeing and executing the recruitment, staffing and operational needs of all sites in their assigned market. The primary function of the OSM is to recruit, screen, select, hire, and process candidates for their assigned geography. The OSM is a great multi-tasker, solid communicator, and is able to prioritize various tasks in a timely manner. This position reports to the District Manager and works closely with the functional support teams of Human Resources, and Compliance.
Qualifications Relevant professional recruiting/operations administrative experience Applicant Tracking Experience (ATS) a plusExperience in screening and interviewing job candidates including managing communication Ability to travel within and outside a territory as assigned (10% of time)Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of compliance within hiring and on-boardingAbility to function and communicate effectively on a teamDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneouslyAbility to manage and submit work on time as directed by supervisorEffective verbal, written, and listening skillsProficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite

Oversee master and working schedules for specified customer sites. Schedule security personnel ensuring full coverage is maintained including PTO/ vacation requests.Ensures compliance with company and customer timekeeping procedures including daily reconciliation of schedules.Trains, develops, and evaluates personnel on all policies and proceduresConduct training, performance management and evaluations Conducts site visits to ensure service levels are meeting company and client expectationsManages and evaluates the work of assigned supervisors per locationsEnsures all needs for service are properly being addressed Ensure all sites are fully staffed Advises and makes recommendations to management of any staffing problems that may arise as client requirements changeRecommends operational improvements and efficiencies to their managerMaintains current knowledge of site contract and training requirementsOnce assigned schedules are mastered with 20% flex Officer bench in designated market, assist with remote recruiting for other areas at the direction of your Regional Manager (RM).Additional assigned duties via RM including site visits#IND
