This is a temp to hire opportunity in **Deland, Florida.** The mid-level associate's responsibilities include operating equipment to produce complex components based on blueprints or work instructions. Key responsibilities/essential functions include reading and following work procedures, operating and setting up equipment, and following instructions regarding duties to be performed. Records daily output. Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures including wearing required PPE. Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency. Responsibilities: + Operate equipment to produce complex components based on blueprints or work instructions. + Read and follow work procedures, set up equipment, and record daily output. + Follow EHS and Quality policies, including wearing required PPE. + Work with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency. + Perform other duties as assigned.
