OVIP Cluster Network Engineering - Operations Intern

We are looking for a Cluster Network Development/Operations Intern who will contribute to our efforts enable peak availability and operational excellence. Prior experience in data retrieval, interpretation, and presentation is required and experience in networking is a desired. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn. Your excellent judgment and strong communication skills will be invaluable when defining the roadmap for your areas of focus.

Responsibilities

Participate in weekly Operations review sessions and workshops. Interact with stakeholders and leadership to establish requirements for operations metrics visualization. Develop and iterate on dashboards, workflows, and standard operating procedures.  Collaborate with program/project managers to develop milestones and deliverables. 

Skills

Data visualization experience Able to analyze data to see patterns and recommend improvements Basic understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Great attention to detail General understanding of the function of scripts and system commands Experience in Networking/Operations desired
