To havepackaging lines running the highest quality product in the most effective,safest and productive manner by also ensuring compliance with the QualitySystems.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Complywith all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good ManufacturingProcess (cGMP).Loadpackaging lines with correct lot of sterilized product.Loadpackaging lines with correct syringe film and plastic film.Visualinspection of product running through the packaging line.Removalof any and all syringes that would be considered rejects, as per standardoperating procedures (SOPs). Mustbe able to maintain Quality Standards (Inserts, Inner and Master Labelreconciliation).Ensurethat correct syringe size/fill, syringe label, lot number and expiration date,plastic wrap, box sizes, correct component with correct lot number andexpiration date, box labels and inserts are being used at all times withconsistent quality checks and verifications.Preparationof inner and outer boxes.Verifysyringe counts, as required, during the completion of inner boxes.Understandmachine alarms and how to proceed.Responsiblefor aiding in meeting daily/weekly/monthly production requirements in accordancewith company goals, forecasts and objectives.Mustbe able to keep line running at a minimum of 165PPM's/min.Workswith safety in mind.
