JOB SUMMARY:

To havepackaging lines running the highest quality product in the most effective,safest and productive manner by also ensuring compliance with the QualitySystems.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Complywith all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good ManufacturingProcess (cGMP).Loadpackaging lines with correct lot of sterilized product.Loadpackaging lines with correct syringe film and plastic film.Visualinspection of product running through the packaging line.Removalof any and all syringes that would be considered rejects, as per standardoperating procedures (SOPs). Mustbe able to maintain Quality Standards (Inserts, Inner and Master Labelreconciliation).Ensurethat correct syringe size/fill, syringe label, lot number and expiration date,plastic wrap, box sizes, correct component with correct lot number andexpiration date, box labels and inserts are being used at all times withconsistent quality checks and verifications.Preparationof inner and outer boxes.Verifysyringe counts, as required, during the completion of inner boxes.Understandmachine alarms and how to proceed.Responsiblefor aiding in meeting daily/weekly/monthly production requirements in accordancewith company goals, forecasts and objectives.Mustbe able to keep line running at a minimum of 165PPM's/min.Workswith safety in mind. Employee performs job functions safely.Workswith quality in mind.Mustbe in position for at least 6 months with no NCMR's or "unplanneddeviations" for 6 months.JOB SUMMARY:

Theability to problem solve is essential.Mustbe able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days aweek.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrongattention to detailBasiccomputer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications is a plusExperiencewith hand toolsAbilityto stand and move throughout the department most of the time working.Abilityto lift and/or move up to 50 pounds approximately 50% of his/her time working.Abilityto visually inspect and clearly identify defects in the product for all of thetime working.Abilityto comply with PPE requirements that may include but not limited to earprotection, hair nets, beard/mustache covers, gloves, goggles, and/orprotective shoes.AdditionalAbilityto effectively communicate verbally and in writing in EnglishBasicMathThejob requires the ability to make logical decisions, often quickly.
