THE POSITION

We are currently looking for a Social Specialist Associate to support an in-house social performance marketing team through campaign setup, execution and management across our flywheel of products, predominately Sportsbook & Casino. This role will sit within the Marketing organization and serve as a direct bridge between Analytics, Planning & Marketing teams. If you have a passion for sports and iGaming, are interesting in social advertising, and enjoy working on multiple projects, we would love to hear from you.

THE GAME PLAN

Develop and implement paid social strategies to drive new customer acquisition, conversion and overall program efficiency Successfully apply paid social strategy and execution within social channels (i.e. Meta, X, TikTok & Snap) Oversee campaign structure, paid media optimizations, and creative ad rotation Optimize budget across platforms and tactics to drive most efficient performance we can Track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs Develop audience strategy and POV on retargeting, lookalike and custom audience approach Support ongoing creative, tactical and audience testing Recommend new paid social strategies Develop and implement QA process for campaign setup and creative tracker Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment and open to collaboration with cross-functional teams

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

2+ years paid social media experience Knowledge & experience working directly in social buying platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, Snap) In-platform knowledge of social buying, audience creation, campaign setup and optimization techniques Background in performance marketing or lower-funnel conversion campaigns Experience with mobile-first campaigns and mobile measurement preferred Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performance Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done

The applicable hourly range for this position is $30.77 – 38.46, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
