Duties: Support 1 partner; commercial business (proofreading contracts, reviewing lease agreements, scheduling hearings, mediations and depos. Assist the litigation attorney with contract disputes, research, writing, etc. Prepare correspondence and necessary legal documents. Minimum Experience

1+ year of basic litigation experience
3+ years of relevant experience (contracts or commercial business)
