About the position: This role will support 3 attorneys who handle the majority of their own work. You will provide paralegal and legal assistant type support. Applicants should have some business or corporate legal experience to be considered. You will work with clients ranging from real estate transactions on large commercial buildings to complex commercial business litigation matters. Assist with document prep, handle all filing through states online portal, and type correspondence. Schedule hearings, mediations and depos when needed.

Minimum Requirements
1+ year commercial/corporate legal knowledge
Must know how to E-File
Experience scheduling/calendaring
