AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for a Partner Enablement Manager to join our team. As our Partner Enablement Manager, you will:  

Support our strategic programming efforts, including development of the partner enablement roadmap, ensuring its successful delivery and execution, maintaining accountability within the project team, and managing the project from a PM lead and strategy/delivery perspective. Solve for business challenges with creative, innovative learning and enablement tools and solutions to maximize the independence and autonomy of AvePoint partners globally. Work closely with the L&D team to develop and execute a strategic learning and development roadmap tailored specifically to our global partner network. Support the delivery of a globally consistent onboarding program for all quota-carrying and partner-facing AvePoint employees including certifications, badging and personalized new hire KPIs based on AvePoint’s enablement framework. Support the roll out of a new, best-in-class partner-facing training and certification experience leveraging cutting-edge AI-enabled tools in collaboration with the broader L&D team and key stakeholders across the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Technical teams to identify partner enablement needs and opportunities for improvement and collaboration – both within and outside of the partner ecosystem. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partner training and certification initiatives, regularly analyzing feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven improvements. Foster strong relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for partner-facing training and enablement-related inquiries. Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance partner-facing enablement. Participate in developing AvePoint’s global L&D offering by partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver enablement, leadership and product training that scales to both internal and external audiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven track record of designing, developing and implementing successful training programs for external partners or clients (from strategy to execution and delivery) Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines. Strong content design and strategy experience, preferably within the tech space. Localization experiences a strong plus. Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, experience building net new certification programs a strong plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Ability to travel as needed.
