Position Summary 

 

Performs Sales activities and customer service functions for assigned accounts. Meets and exceeds sales objectives by building and maintaining relationships related to our existing customers and integrator/partners.

Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

Is the primary point of contact for assigned customers’ conveyor system spare parts orders.Promotes the value of “spare parts inventory” with assigned customers to achieve sales objectives. Communicates spare parts order updates to customer and facilitates any necessary changes.Responds and completes customer inquiries in a timely fashion.                       

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Manages spare parts purchase orders and provides follow up support. Promotes the value of our eCommerce site with customers and works with other departments to support sales growthSets up and maintains customer access to wynparts.comSchedules and conducts tutorial introductions to the site Qualifications 3 years of conveyor experience preferredBachelor’s degree in a technical field requiredGood understanding of Sales Cycles and KPI’s.Able to cultivate and build relationships with existing customersAbility to generate Sales Reports using various reporting tools.Able to use MS Office including Excel, MS Word, PowerPointBasic knowledge of equipment applications for conveyor and sortation systemsMechanical and customer service aptitude and experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skillsTeam-oriented and collaborative Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
