$/hr minimum - $/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)
Responsible for providing clerical unit support services as well as patient care assistance to the patient care team.
ResponsibilitiesRole Specific Responsibilities
Assists nursing staff with patient care activities such as but not limited to obtaining patients vital signs, intake and output, bathing, feeding, toileting etc.Assists in medical emergencies, including CPRComplete, accurate and timely documentation in patient medical recordTimely communication of changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical NurseTimely completion of delegated tasks from Registered NurseServe as an advocate for the patient by communicating and collaborating with other health service personnelTimely completion of required education and competencies Qualifications High School diploma or equivalentCompletion of Illinois approved CNA training program and passed a written competency test or has successfully completed a nursing arts course (E.g., Basis in Nursing, Fundamentals in Nursing, Nursing 101, etc)BLS required Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
