Responsible for assisting doctors/nursing staff in ensuring that the basic needs of each patient are met.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Handles patient intake, updates medical records, and administers appropriate screening tools.
- Documents appropriate correspondence, assessments, and care in patient's electronic medical records (EMR).
- Obtains and records vital signs, weight, and height
- Performs EKGs, POC testing, and phlebotomy as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
