The Patient Services Representative position in Scarborough, ME is responsible for patient intake and daily office duties, managing administrative operations, and working closely with management and departmental staff. You will have a solid understanding of front office procedures and will have strong customer service skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills and be able to perform a variety of receptionist functions and administrative tasks. This is a full-time position.
Patient Services Representative Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent
Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks
Ability to learn new computer software
Vaccination Required by the Client
Patient Services Representative Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m, 40 Hours, Half day's on Friday rotating Mornings/Afternoon each week
Pay Rate: $19/Hr.
Start Date: ASAP
