Hexcel is currently seeking a Payroll Accounting Specialist for our Salt Lake City, UT, USA location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Owning the bi-weekly payroll process, in accordance with established payroll processing calendars, state and federal regulationsBecoming the “go-to” and expert for questions regarding pay policies/procedures and assisting managers with informationCoding invoices with appropriate detail, matching against purchase orders, and receiving recordsEstablishing great cross-functional relationshipsAssisting with month end accruals and close analysisProcessing high-volume Accounts Payable

Qualifications:

Great energy, engaging and enjoys collaborating with team and other departments, with minimal supervisionExperience working within payroll (100+ employees) and high-volume accounts payable strongly preferredFamiliar with ADP Workforce (etime) preferred, Microsoft suite, and bookkeeping procedures High school education or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
