Job SummaryUnder general supervision, the Payroll Analyst prepares payroll input to the electronic payroll system. This individual will be responsible for the creation, general maintenance, and timely submission of payrolls for the assigned facilities.
Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering dataPrepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and nontaxable wagesResolves payroll discrepancies by collection and analyzing informationMaintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changesMaintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidentialWorks with field HR/Payroll CoordinatorsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2+ years of payroll experience.Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently.Must be proficient in MS Excel.
