Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for 4,000 employees, High Volume Fast PacedVerify hours, pay rates, and resolve discrepanciesHandle cash advances, child support, and garnishmentsAdminister Time Card Audits and Year-End W-2 formsAudit files and ensure all employee forms are completeContribute to special accounting projectsWhat We’re Looking For:
2+ year of payroll or accounting experienceStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and excellent computer skillsClear communication skills (oral and written)Ability to learn accounting softwareFlexibility to work until 5:30 p.m. with potential for later hours to complete payroll when neededThis is an In-person position, not remoteWhat We Offer:
