The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to individuals and their families in a team relationship with other health care providers in a setting that is designated by the department. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: + Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy school. + For cost center 6367 only: One to two years of clinical experience, within the past five years in an inpatient facility or home health agency + For cost center 6368 only: One to two years of pediatric occupational therapy experience or strong pediatric affiliation. Licenses and Certifications Required: + Occupational Therapist License. Working Conditions: + Lifts a minimum of 50 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 100 lbs. and stands a minimum of 6 hours a day.
