Anytime Fitness Clearwater is seeking a Personal Trainer that is also interested in working hourly as a part time Assistant Manager. We are seeking a highly SELF motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different. Responsibilities: * Assist sales and management staff with daily customer support activities * Be comfortable doing face to face sales, calling/emailing/texting prospects * Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged * Enjoy marketing and have a good understanding of how to use social media * Ensure an exceptional membership experience by maintaining club cleanliness * Community Outreach - Organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships Qualifications: * Must be personable, professional, and have excellent communication skills * Strong desire to learn * Basic Computer knowledge * Self-motivated and accountable * Passionate about fitness * Working Friday and Saturday is a must * Be open to flexible hours * Gym sales experience is a plus * Position is part-time with 30 hours minimum, evening and weekend. Compensation will consist of an hourly pay rate plus potential for commission.
