Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures with precision, prioritizing patient comfort and safety. Collect, label, and process blood and other specimens using established techniques. Ensure the accuracy of collected specimens and perform waived testing as required. Prepare specimens for testing or shipment and maintain supplies and equipment. Foster a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement through collaborative learning opportunities.Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ year(s) of phlebotomy experience preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
Hands-on experience or completion of a recognized phlebotomy program preferred.
