We are looking for approachable, collaborative, and profit-minded Photo Sales Associates\/Relief Leads to inspire our photography sales team to capture and sell memories for our guests through interactive photography. Join our Pomvom team at Legoland New York!\n

Job Highlights\n

Our sales team captures and sells photos\/videos of our guests at different locations within Legoland New York. Our Team Leads work in this position while also motivating staff to achieve daily KPI's set by the Operations Manager. This is a hybrid role. As a Relief Lead, you would be working in a sales position and paid as a Sales Associate ($15.00 p\/h). When needed you would fill in for the Team Lead role and be paid as a Team Lead ($18.00 p\/h) during that time.\n

Here's more of what you can expect: \n\nWorking as part of an energetic and collaborative team to provide a high-level of customer service.\nConfidently approaching guests, taking quality photographs, and selling products to meet daily goals.\nStanding and walking across the park throughout your shift and being outside - a lot!\nOperating digital cameras\/media and handling money\/credit cards to complete sales transactions.\nFollowing Legoland New York company policies (no cell phones while in position). \nReceiving great incentives to make your work environment fun & rewarding! \nAppreciating and respecting our company culture of diversity and inclusion.\n\n

When you step up into the Relief Lead role, you'll also be responsible for:\n\nInspiring photo sales team to capture and create superior customer service through intentional interactions that provide value to both customer and company.\nBringing out the best in Retail Associates so they crush their daily KPI's all while having a good time too!\nBeing a ninja at using empathy and tenacity to problem solve and push your team's peak performance.\nPersonalizing your leadership style to create genuine connections that drive our employee satisfaction culture and positive business outcomes.\n\n

You don't need to have photo or video experience to be successful! You just need to be receptive to some serious training, operating digital touch-screen cash registers and using professional walkabout cameras. \n

We're looking for seasonal roles that will begin mid to late May 2024 and end around early January 2025. This exciting retail opportunity with Pomvom is located at Legoland New York in Goshen, NY. \n

NOTE: The Photos Sales Associate\/Relief Lead position is mainly a sales role. Though there may be roaming photographer opportunities, the majority of your time will be spent interacting with customers and selling them photographs and videos. \n
