This position is located at The Universities at Shady Grove Rockville MD This position will provide technical supervision of daily operations and maintenance at The Universities at Shady Grove USG for Buildings 1234 approx 540000 sq Ft 1 5 story 700 car capacity parking garage and 1 6 story 600 car capacity parking garage on campusSupervise tasks facilities personnel and contractors for the purposes of maintaining and operating safe and productive work laboratory and classroom environments Supports the overall goals and objectives of the facilities department Keeps the Facilities Manager informed of all current building operational status and scheduling of maintenance and or outages The position requires extensive interaction with faculty and technical staff regulatory and inspection personnel contractors consultants and other University personnel
