The staff Physical Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The staff Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides physical therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

Shift Details:

Per-Diem, Day Shift

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy. upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. upon hire: A background check and motor vehicle report will be completed every 2 years, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree Physical Therapy. Or  Ph.D. Physical Therapy. 1 year In a Physical Therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field
