Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals Demonstrate a desire to positively connect with people Build and maintain relationships throughout the community Perform “in home” treatment, as required, and participate in wellness programming within the Senior Living community.

Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program? State licensureBasic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Salary range for this position is $75000 - $92000 / year
Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position
