About the position 

We are seeking a full- or part-time board-certified/board-eligible family medicine physician to join our team at Park Nicollet. Our family medicine physicians provide comprehensive services in health promotion, screening, diagnosis and disease management.

As a family medicine physician, you’ll get support with:

Excellent physician to rooming staff ratio An on-site department assistant to help with clerical tasks An on-site care coordinator to support patients with complex conditions Triage provided by registered nurses

Embedded behavioral health professionals at several locations to provide quick access Central management of Pap test and mammogram results, anticoagulation and medication refills Medication therapy management (MTM) pharmacists       A well-designed infrastructure to manage care quality among a diverse range of patient populations
