Your Key Responsibilities Must interact with Customer and Manufacturing personnel Achieve on time delivery Effective scheduling for all operation; reviewing and reacting to component or material availability at least four weeks out Timely processing and maintenance of Shop Orders Maintain KanBan Systems and flow of components Proper mid-term planning and releases of purchased materials Daily review of customer requirements and evaluation of changes such as order increases, decreases and due date Weekly review of purchase parts, order releases to suppliers and follow-up Daily communication and support to intercompany customers and customer service representative Responsible for inventory levels on Finished Goods, Purchased Components and Raw Materials Expediate material for both inbound and outbound materials when required Ensure capacity based on rolling planning (labor / machines) Overview the cose of an order Your Qualifications Prefer 4-year degree in Business, MPL emphasis; may consider Associate degree and/or a combination of related work experience 2-3 years Proficient in MRP / EPR systems (SAP desirable) Production of scheduling experience within a manufacturing environment Ability to understand manufacturing routings, BOM, and QS / TS 9000 requirements Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills Computer skills, to include mainframe and PC-based application software, MC Office Strong organization skills with mathematical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of Plant operations; ability to use Scheduling reports to achieve on-time shipments
