Plant WD | Mender | Shift 3

Position Overview

Position Objective:

To repair greige good rolls sent to the mending frame and to split rolls as needed for planning. 

Essential Duties:

Work with supervisor/warping clerk to determine what rolls are available to mend.

Mend rolls to repair defects with correct yarn. 

Fill out Mending production log. 

Doff repaired rolls.

Split rolls as needed on K3 

Ensure correct roll tickets are on Split rolls. 

Help identify rolls as needed by supervisor, leads and clerk

Work with Beam tufting supervisors and warping leads and clerks.
