The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join the Digital Marketing Organization at QVC and HSN. The Platform Analyst helps increase growth in the performance and retention marketing spaces. You will focus on assisting with the delivery of several marketing technology enhancements. Reporting to the Program Manager, we ask that you have a foundational understanding of marketing technology within the digital space.
Your Impact
You will enhance the technology and processes across the digital marketing business to increase revenue and promote a positive customer shopping experience.
What you will do
Collaborate with the business to help guide the digital product vision and roadmap, ensuring there is agreement on our goals and our customer needsUnderstand marketing channel workflows to support solutions to optimize channel performanceUse data and analytics to support and validate product improvement and measure resultsCommunicate with product and development managers to stay aligned with sprint timelinesMaintain collaboration to ensure all important partners are informed of project deliverablesCollect and manage the project plan details from start to finishManage third-party solutions and relationships to enhance product capabilities while balancing feature development with technology modernizationEvolve processes to improve speed and qualityWhat You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or similar field, or relevant professional experience and education2+ years' experience in Digital Marketing or Retention Marketing with a focus in marketing technologyYellow belt or LEAN certificationExperience translating technology requirements with little to no assistanceProficiency in managing projects and relationships, and tracking timelinesExperience partnering with and managing 3rd party vendorsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio#LI-LC4 #LI-Hybrid
