We’re looking for a PMO Coordinator to support project governance, reporting, and day-to-day administration across a range of business and IT initiatives. This is a great opportunity to work closely with project managers and senior stakeholders, helping to keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned to governance standards.

 

The Role:

Support the setup and maintenance of PMO processes and tools Track project schedules, risks, issues, and action items Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership Help monitor budgets, resource plans, and financial reporting Ensure projects follow governance, compliance, and risk policies Maintain accurate project documentation and meeting minutes Coordinate project reviews, audits, and lessons learned sessions Act as a link between project teams, business units, and IT Drive continuous improvements within the PMO

 

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum of 3+ years of PMO or project admin experience Good understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks Experience using tools like MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)

 

 

Nice to have:

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Experience with IT, cloud, or cybersecurity-related projects Background in regulatory or financial project environments
