The Dartmouth Group is hiring multiple part time, seasonal, Pool Monitors, for its community in Newton.

\n

\n

Pool Hours: 11am - 7pm, 7 days a week

\n

Shifts hours:

\n

2-3 shifts per week, to include weekends

\n

10:30am - 7:30pm

\n

CPR and First Aid Certification are required and will be made available.

\n

\n

Daily responsibilities:

\n

\n\nWalk pool area and inspect for cleanliness.\nPick up and clean debris, skim the pool, arrange the outdoor furniture.\nConduct pool water testing as directed by the onsite CPO.\nManage pool entrance.\nMeet and greet homeowners, visitors, and guests.\nEnsurehomeowners, visitors, and guests sign in when the enter the pool area.\nEnsure safety. Be alert and watch people in the 5 foot pool and surrounding area.\nAssist with rescue if needed.\nMaintain pool rules.\nClose up and lock up pool area.\n\n

\n Requirements\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n
