What You’ll Do

As a Pre-Sales, you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will provide technical assistance to the Account Manager and is responsible for all pre-sales technical efforts as well as post-sale support on accounts in his assigned territory. 

You will lead all aspects of the technical sales process. Develop new content and presentations tailored for a customer problems and business needs. In depth knowledge of competitors and industry trends. Demonstrate project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interface to the key customers & partners in the region to discuss the activities to influence and steer the technology strategy and technical choices.

What You’ll Bring

Provide deep level technical assistance including not limited to technical propositions, portfolio, and solution presentations, RFx submissions, Solution build and sizing, etc.…  Work with the Global Account/Sales Team to identify new Business Development and revenue opportunities.  A proven track record on Bid Management including RFx technical and commercial build and propositions.  Hands-on experience working with Product Development & Product Engineering teams to align on customer’s product requirements, HW & SW Fixes, Road-map development plans, etc.…. Extensive experience in running Demo’s/Lab trials including multiple resources between the customer and Oracle with a target of showcasing Oracle product capabilities and value proposition. Proven track record in selling for Telecom Service Provides, System Integrators and Channel partners. In depth knowledge of North & West-Africa Region Telecom Landscape Strong Business Acumen with hands-on experience in numeracy and financial analysis C-Level Contact, negotiation acumen and Presentation Skills Knowledgeable on Solutions as a service business models. A Plus: Thorough understanding of Voice over IP standards, applications, and practices and Session Border Controllers with the associated standards, applications, and practices
