The role requires outstanding verbal and written communication, both internally and externally. You must have effectively handled situations where internal policies/approvals are not clear and require additional research, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

You also need great collaboration skills and the ability to see the big picture in order to improve the organization with constructive feedback. You will be responsible for bringing multiple stakeholders together (e.g., Sales, Legal, Business Approvers, Operations) to implement the most strategic and valued transactions within the company. You will work long hours under pressure with a very close-knit team. You will go through daily challenges as an individual and as a team, building strong relationships through shared experiences, all while working independently and maintaining autonomy.

What you’ll bring:

6+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex Federal, Public Sector and Commercial contracts. Active U.S. Government security clearance. Prior experience with Department of Defense, and/or Intelligence Community. Prior experience in high tech industry, systems integrator, consulting, or professional services industry preferred. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical communication skills. Organized, detail oriented and time management skills. Experience drafting and negotiating complex contractual documents. Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. National Contract Management Association certification (CFCM, CPCM) is a plus.
