Define functional requirements and provide design specifications for the products managed Strong experience in workforce management products including Time & Labor, Absence Management and Scheduling products Lead and guide the UX and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery to the provided specifications Build and maintain customer relationships to validate and refine product designs; prioritize product roadmap  Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery and uptake of the delivered features and functions.
