Responsibilities (which may vary by client):

Work in collaboration with the RN Case Manager to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork

The Licensed Vocational Nurse works to ensure high-quality medical care and support for children with different healthcare needs. Our Licensed Vocational Nurse approaches each day with a passionate pursuit of caring for patients by working one-on-one with them and helping them to achieve their health goals.
