Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a*Process Architect – Continuous Improvement Specialist*to work in our Business Management department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls EROB facility with every other Friday off. The Process Architect (Continuous Improvement Specialist) plays a pivotal role in leading and facilitating improvement efforts across multiple organizations. Their expertise in process improvement methods, change management, and project management is critical in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and quality improvements. You will report to the Director of Business Process Architecture. *Responsibilities include*: * Leads rapid improvement activities in collaboration with departmental and cross functional teams to achieve and sustain successful process improvements across the enterprise. * Acts as a subject matter expert in continuous improvement, providing process improvement guidance and support to complex and multi-organizational projects. * Frequently interacts with internal customers. * Performs work without appreciable direction.
