What we’re looking for:
EHE is seeking a goal-oriented Product Manager to drive development of one or more products to define, deliver and manage the lifecycle of the product(s) in alignment with the best-in-class consumer experience and delivering customer and company KPIs. The Product Manager will contribute to the strategic product vision, lead product discovery, manage product roadmaps and lead an agile delivery team to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product(s).

In this role, you will:Analyze product opportunities and advocate for best-in-class consumer experiences; utilizing consumer-centric thinking and act as the voice of the consumer within the organization Contribute to a product roadmap that aligns to high-level goals, build consensus and execute on product featuresDefine and analyze metrics that inform the success of products; identify and track key performance metricsDive into complex systems and workflows with little documentation to make problem-solving recommendationsSet priorities, goals and track deliverables to drive product strategy forwardGenerate high-quality artifacts for effective communication, including user flows & journeys, UI prototypes, user guides, business cases, cost-benefit analyses and product overviewsServe as the Product Owner of an Agile delivery team, developing detailed requirements, identifying and managing dependencies, incorporating research and design, defining acceptance criteria and quality measures, and following and enhancing processesPartner closely with teams across EHE to drive initiatives forward; present to leadership and internal stakeholders as a domain expert with an in-depth understanding of the business, market and our products
What the role requires:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, marketing or related business degree3+ years relevant product management experience working in a fast-paced environment related to consumer services, preferably with a focus on consumer experienceExperience operating in an environment where product managers are held accountable for KPIs and tell stories using dataUnyielding attention to detail and eagerness to become an expert in complex technical systemsAbility and confidence to make decisions in ambiguous circumstancesAbility to communicate complicated concepts to non-technical stakeholders to support decision making and buy-inSolid knowledge of Agile methodologiesExperience working with remote teams across multiple locations and time zonesStrong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyA strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality experience quicklyAn attitude that includes self-motivation, continuous learning and collaborationUX, business analysis and healthcare experience, a plus

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 and is determined by a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
