Our products help advisors and agents scale personalized customer engagements across social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), websites, text, and voice.Headquartered in San Francisco, Hearsay has a globally distributed team with members in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Seattle, New York, Toronto, London, Budapest, Mexico City, and Manila and is backed by Sequoia Capital, NewView Capital, and Salesforce Ventures.About the role (responsibilities) Be responsible for understanding Hearsay’s engagement channels and business platform; the client retention and growth lifecycle in a number of financial services sectors; and how to bring those together to drive success for advisors, agents, and the enterprises they representAssist in gathering and analyzing market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs.Collaborate with the product management team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights and business objectives.Help prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment, considering input from stakeholders and internal teams.Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes.Support the product development process from ideation through to launch, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance testing.Monitor product performance and metrics, conduct user testing and feedback sessions, and iterate on features to improve usability and customer satisfaction.Assist in creating product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral to support product launches and updates.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SaaS and product management.About you (skills and requirements)3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS Experience in product lifecycle management, including the Agile framework with a preference for experience with multiple Scrum teams and familiarity with concepts and best practices.Comfortable translating product requirements and understanding technical concepts to drive effective collaboration with design and engineering partners and develop solutionsExperience leading collaboration between design, development, and business stakeholders to determine how to effectively address a problemAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in engaging with customers and leading product discovery sessions with outside stakeholdersKnow how to strike the right balance between delighting the user and delivering measurable ROI to the buyerPassion and work history in financial services strongly preferredDemonstrated strategic thinking and strong communication skillsSuccessful experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and customers to get to the underlying business problemsIt is a plus if you have Working experience with Design Thinking and/or Lean Product Development Experience working with A2P Messaging Platforms Experience working with AutomationOur commitment to diversity and inclusion: Hearsay values and welcomes diversity in all forms.
