The Qualtrics Digital Frontline set of  offerings are the tip of the spear for our overall CX business with a large installed base and massive revenue growth of >80% year over year. In this role, you will deliver innovation centered on generating insights and driving actioning based on rich digital analytics and voice of customer (VoC) data collected through our platform. You will leverage cutting edge AI/ML techniques and finely tuned LLM models to enable insights and recommendations.

Things You’ll Do

\n\nCollaborate with engineers and designers to bring core feature sets to market\nBuild empathy for core personas/users and translate this into product specification documents\nEngage with customers, sales, and stakeholders to drive product improvements and usage\nUtilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and success measures.\nHelp go-to-market teams in communicating the value proposition to diverse audiences and collaborate on feature positioning\nProduce clearly written product specifications aligned with strategy\nUnderstand customer needs and identify product improvements.\nUse data to inform your viewpoints\nRelease features related to insights and actioning for our Digital analytics solutions\nCommunicate product value and partner with go-to-market stakeholders\n\n

What We’re Looking for on Your Resume

\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field\n4-8 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in technology or software development\nAn owner’s mentality, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills\nAnalytical, data-driven decision-making capabilities\n\n
