Product Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing Deluxe Merchant Services product offerings to market by defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, and messaging. You are the product expert for your marketing teammates, tracking competitors, and product differentiators

Partner cross functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to develop, initiate, inform and drive go-to-market strategy

Create GTM roadmap to capture and coordinate the timing of all the activities required to release a new product or customer experience

Create positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyers

Hone key messaging and ensure that all GTM materials represent correct messaging and timing

Develop and manage product persona, product positioning, value proposition, and messaging to be utilized

Analyze market research, sales analytics, identifying competitive threats to create best-in-class marketing initiatives to drive sales

Lead and manage the development of product experience and marketing assets, including sales tools, and marketing collateral including photos, videos, web, and interactive experiences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree AND 7 years relevant experience; ORr HS/GED and 9 years relevant experience

Experience in campaign or program management in a B2B environment

Project management with multiple stakeholder groups

Management of project, budget and resource allocation to support success and efficiency

Experience working on demand creation teams and supporting programs to drive revenue

Must be 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (but not required)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Management

Experience with Merchant Services or Financial Services

7 years experience of Campaign or Product Management in B2B environment

Understand how to use integrated delivery mechanisms, processes and technologies in an overall demand creation approach

Strong relationship builder with marketing and sales functions

Direct content building required for complex demand creation programs

Apply the demand frameworks to program implementations
