Product Order Engineer

The Product Order Engineer will be part of a fast-paced team responsible for the detailing and configuring of special control-valve constructions, providing our manufacturing sites the full bill-of-material and any special processing requirements. You will work closely with our engineers and designers, as well as the Project Management and Operations teams, to ensure we continue to exceed our customer's expectations and provide the best solution for their application.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

Analyze order and identify error preventing order progression Communicate errors or discrepancies and take actions necessary to find a solution Understand bill of materials, configure product structure, and perform detailing activities Communicate with stakeholders to ensure proper form, fit, and function for bill of materials provided Monitor progress of orders and escalate issues to ensure timely release of items to manufacturing Provide high level of ownership of complete work through the production process; includes items in manufacturing, assembly, and production structure questions.

For this Position You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in a related field is or an  Associate's degree in a technical field and equivalent work experience in a related field Capacity to learn internal tools and computer systems Ability to interpret Mechanical/technical drawings Skills to make technical decisions based on sound engineering facts Work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

A Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science  Experience with Oracle ERP
