Bonney Staffing has partnered with a company in Westbrook, ME who is New England’s oldest manufacturer of sauces, condiments, dressings and dessert sauces. They have earned and maintained a reputation for quality, local products and great service, and are looking for team players to be a part of it all.

The Quality Control Associate position in Westbrook, Maine ensures production batches comply with Food Quality and Safety requirements. Responsibilities include conducting production line audits, product testing verification, and document review. Collaborating with Production Supervisors, the person will enhance product changeovers, verify accurate bottle and box print information, review production paperwork, and perform analytical tests in the batch kitchen. Successful candidates will follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Global Food Safety Initiatives, and HACCP protocols to ensure food safety. This is a full-time, first shift position.

Quality Control Associate Qualifications: 

High school diploma and/or GED equivalent is required.  

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks in an established period.

Normally standing/walking with freedom of movement on a regular basis.

Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time 

Must be detailed oriented and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Must be cooperative and support other team members. 

Must be a good listener.

Quality Control Associate Details: 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m to 1:30 p.m (or until work is complete)

Pay: $19/Hr. to $20/Hr.
