What You Will Do 

Ensure focus on safety for all team members Manage & lead others Track attendance and record timesheets for payroll processing Make decisions related to the production of finished goods Remove systematic problems that prevent the efficient production of finished goods Help implement new processes that improve, safety, quality, and efficiency Deal with personnel working in product lines that they manage including scheduling, conflict, and complaints Assign resources to different processes as needs fluctuate Schedule overtime as needed Promote lean & 5S

 

What You Will Bring

3 years Manufacturing Supervisor experience High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree Preferred Ability to use Time and Attendance tracking systems Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

 

A Plus If You Have

Bachelors Degree Preferred Continuous Improvement Project Experience  Strong Communication Skills – Verbal & Written
