Job Description Summary

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the programming, maintenance and operation of all audio, video components, and lighting assets in respect to all entertainment formats.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

Program, operate, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and provide preventative maintenance (such as cleaning) for intelligent and conventional lighting systems. Execute lighting shows in collaboration with musical performers exercising discretion and judgment to ensure maximum entertainment value. Operate, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and provide preventative maintenance (such as cleaning) for audio systems including the casinos music and paging system Program, operate, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and provide preventive maintenance (such and cleaning and replacement) of all video service to include projectors and TV’s in various casino and hotel zones. Assist with entertainers load-in and set up of equipment. Choreograph effective sound checks maintaining casino’ standards for both quality sound mix and volume control. Train marketing and floor supervisors for appropriate volume control in various casino and hotel zones. Establish and maintain relationships with audio and lighting hardware and software vendors. Process service requests for approval, Obtains estimates for purchases following currently established purchasing procedures. Complete purchase requisitions, as needed, for approval. Inventories lighting and audio equipment before and after each performance for reconciliation purposes. Provide excellent guest service. Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.
