Job Description

As a Production Floor Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production floor. You will be responsible for supplying necessary products, maintaining cleanliness, and participating in equipment operations. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.

What you'll do as: Production Worker

Work on the production floor, ensuring efficient operation.Supply necessary products for the assigned department.Perform sanitation and cleanup duties to maintain work areas.Stack and store packaging supplies orderly.Participate in start-up, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment.Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Familiarity with product and customer specifications.Proven proficiency in communication.Comprehension of downstream operations' cause and effect.Capability to understand and follow written instructions.Aptitude for collaborative teamwork.Ability to work in cold environments for extended 12-hour shifts.Ability to routinely lift and handle weights of up to 50 lbs., including lifting at shoulder level or above.
